A logo design contest has been officially launched by the Binh Lieu District People’s Committee to commemorate 100th anniversary of Binh Lieu district’s establishment on December 16 (1919-2019), and the 70th Anniversary of its Celebration Day on December 15 (1950-2020).
The winning logo will be the official logo to be used in the events celebrating the 100th anniversary of its establishment and other socio-economic, cultural and diplomatic events organized by Binh Lieu District.
The contest is open to Vietnamese individuals and organizations, overseas Vietnamese, and foreigners living in Vietnam. Contestant can submit multiple entries. Entries will be submitted to the People’s Committee of Binh Lieu district till September 29, and the winner will be announced and awarded in December, 2019.
| Binh Lieu is a destination for adventure tours, such as conquering the mountain tops of Cao Xiem, Cao Ba Lanh and Cao Ly, with the height of more than 1,000 meters. It is also an ideal destination for parachuting, mountaineering or camping. With outstanding natural advantages and unique cultural characteristics, Binh Lieu is highly appreciated with lots of potential for tourism development. However, one of the biggest difficulties facing the locality is poor services. Since 2015, tourism sector was determined as one of the new economic industries in Binh Lieu.
