A senior delegation of People’s Republic of Bangladesh visited and worked at Quang Ninh Provincial Public Administrative Service Center on Nov. 2nd.
The Bangladeshi senior delegation highly appreciated the dynamism, creativity and development of Quang Ninh Province over the years. Thanks to sustainable development strategies, Quang Ninh is leading the country in administrative reform, especially the operation of the provincial public administrative service center model with many new ways in dealing with administrative procedures for people and enterprises.
The success in building e-government and running the model of the public administrative center in recent years have shown the breakthrough in Quang Ninh leaders’ management thinking and innovative determination which are acknowledged and highly appreciated by the international community. As a result, in 2018, Quang Ninh was presented with the Digital Government Award by the Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) with the participation of 24 member countries.
