On Apr 15, Quang Ninh Provincial Public Administration Service Center issued an annoucement on dealing with administrative procedures in the peak period of Covid 19.
Following Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee’s direction at Document No. 2480/UBND-KSTT dated Apr 15, 2020, the Center continues to handle administrative procedures for organizations and citizens from Apr 16, 2020.
Accordingly, the center only receives administrative procedures which require direct reception, verification and handling. For administrative procedures that have been provided online public services at level 3 and 4 and public postal services, organizations and citizens are required to submit their dossiers via the National Public Service Portal at the address: http://dichvucong.gov.vn and Quang Ninh Provincial Public Service Portal at http://dichvucong.quangninh.gov.vn or via public postal service.
For administrative procedures which need direct handling, citizens should call the hot line 1900558826 for prompt instruction, saving time and avoiding gathering.
Coming to the Center, citizens are required to strictly comply with regulations on Covid 19 prevention and control, wearing face masks and keeping a distance of at least two meters from one another.
