“Yellow season” marathon to be held in Binh Lieu for the first time

As part of the Binh Lieu Golden Season Festival 2022 slated for October 29, the Yellow Season Marathon is going to be organized for the first time in Binh Lieu mountainous district.

According to organizers, the marathon will kickstart in the morning of October 29 at Coc Long hamlet’s football yard at Luc Hon commune. Runners will run through the most beautiful landscapes and terraced fields in the area and have an ideal chance to enjoy views of magnificent golden rice fields in harvest season.

Registration is currently open for the marathon, including 2-km route and 3-km route.

The mountainous district of Binh Lieu is now colored in yellow by ripe paddy fields, attracting a large number of tourists who also come for the area's incredibly diverse terrain of imposing mountains, deep valleys, rivers, streams, and winding mountain passes.
