To optimize benefits that Quang Hanh hot spring brings to your health, especially to ensure your safety, visitors should follow Japanese standardized onsen bathing process, including: bathing, mineral hot bathing, hot sauna, cold sauna or soaking in cold-water tubs.

Before mineral hot bathing, visitors should take a shower to ensure commonly-used water always clean. In the bathing area, soap and shampoo are well prepared

Vistors can choose eithe rnude bathing or out-door mineral bathing. The area for nude bathing is divided into 2 separated places for men and women. Water temperature here is around 40 degree C. Time for bathing depends on tubs’ temperature and your health. At out-door public mineral bathing, visitor dressing in swimming wear can relax in tubs and admire peaceful landscape and enjoy fresh atmosphere of the area.
Hot sauna:

After mineral hot bathing, visitors should enjoy hot sauna to help your skin cleaner. You can choose normal sauna or Himalayan salt sauna. Temperature at normal sauna rooms often reaches 80-85 degree C. Therefore, visitors areadvised to stay inside no longer than 15 minutes. As for Himalayan salt sauna, temperature ranges from 45-50 degree C. This is a body detox therapy by lying on heated natural stone surfaces.
Cold sauna/ Soaking into cold-water tubs:

After hot sauna, cold sauna will help visitors’ body relaxed. They should not stay inside cold sauna rooms no longer than 4 minutes because the temperature there is often 6-10 degree C. In addition, you can try cold-water tubs with temperature of 14-18 degree C.
Another little thing to note is that you should have a snack and drink enough water to avoid dehydration during bathing.
