#Groundbreaking

On the morning of August 27, localities and enterprises across Quang Ninh Province held a series of groundbreaking and inauguration ceremonies to celebrate the establishment of Quang Ninh City. 

On June 23, a groundbreaking ceremony was held in Thong Nhat Commune for the Hoanh Bo 1 Industrial Cluster project. Prominent among attendants was Quang Ninh’s Party Committee Secretary Quan Minh Cuong.

On December 19, the project to build a high-end integrated tourism and services complex was launched by the People’s Committee of Quang Ninh, in partnership with Sun Group in the Van Don Economic Zone.

On November 9, Quang Ninh province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the simultaneous construction of six schools including one primary and lower secondary school and five inter-level boarding schools in its land border communes.

At the heart of the complex is the CMC Data Centre, designed to deploy cutting-edge technologies in artificial intelligence, cloud computing, cybersecurity, big data, and next-generation networks.
