To commemorate the 65th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s visit to Co To Island (May 9, 1961 – May 9, 2026), the Co To Special Zone will host the Summer Culture, Sports and Tourism Week 2026 from May 6 to 9, featuring a series of vibrant cultural, sports and tourism activities.
Beyond its blue waters, white sands, golden sunlight and stunning sunsets, Co To also captivates visitors with another vibrant hue: the brilliant yellow of harvest season on its coastal fields. On April 26, the opening ceremony of Co To island tourism 2025 featuring the theme: "Co To - Where the waves call back the sun" drew the participation of approximately 2,200 locals and tourists.
