On September 2, Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum Chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, paid a gift visit to local people, armed forces, and teachers living and working on Tran Island, Thanh Lan Commune, Co To District.
At Tran Island School, Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee, cum Chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, expressed his sympathy for the teachers who embrace difficulties to be devoted to the cause of teaching young generations on the farthest island of the province. On the threshold of a new school year, Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary wished the teachers and students a successful academic year.
Talking with locals, Quang Ninh Provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, emphasized that bringing national power grid to the Co To’s island commune plays an important role in and affirms the province’s determination in implementing the Party and the Government’s policy on giving priority to development in border and island areas.
