Quang Ninh recorded 36 new Covid-19 infected cases on Dec. 4

Quang Ninh authorities announced the confirmation of 36 new Covid-19 patients residing in Ha Long city, Dong Trieu town and Dam Ha district on December 4.

Specifically, 32 cases were detected in Ha Long, 3 in Dong Trieu town, and 1 in Dam Ha district.

Quang Ninh province has implemented the widespread Covid-19 testing for people at risk of SARS-CoV-2 infection, especially those related to Covid-19 cases detected at these clusters.

Thousands of people are now in concentrated quarantine areas and self-isolate at home and other accommodations in accordance with Ministry of Health’s directions and all F0s have been under treatment at hospitals and health clinics in the province.

37 patients were in good health conditions and left the hospital in Dec. 4.

One case hospitalized in Bai Chay hospital died on Dec. 2 due to serious factors including irreversible septic shock, recurrent cerebral hemorrhage, high blood pressure, diabetes and SARS-CoV-2 infection.

According to statistics, as of October 11, 2021, the province has recorded 799 cases of F0. Of which, 573 cases have recovered and left the hospital, 3 cases have been transferred to the Central Hospital for Tropical Diseases, 222 cases have been treated, and 1 case died last week.
