Accordingly, Quang Ninh reaches the 3rd position in the ranking of the national ICT Index in 2019 with 0,7350 points, one steps up after 3 consecutive years of the 4th position.
The central city of Da Nang continues to top the Viet Nam ICT Index 2019 with 0.8654 points, and is followed by Thua Thien Hue city with 0.8046 points.
