As part of the “Digital Literacy for All” movement, Quang Ninh City is organising the 2026 “Quang Ninh Digital Ambassador” contest.
A new feature of the contest is the combination of learning and knowledge assessment. Before taking a 30-question multiple-choice test, each contestant must complete lessons covering four topics: basic digital skills, essential digital services, interaction in the digital environment, and the application of AI in daily life. After more than two weeks, the contest has attracted over 7,000 participants. Running until September 25, it is creating further motivation for people from all walks of life to proactively learn, practise and master digital skills, helping bring the spirit of the “Digital Literacy for All” movement into daily life and spread Quang Ninh’s comprehensive, society-wide digital transformation.
