80 years ago, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and President Ho Chi Minh, the Vietnamese people rose in the August Revolution of 1945, seizing power and founding the Democratic Republic of Vietnam, today the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a State of the people, by the people, and for the people. This historic victory not only affirmed the strength of the Vietnamese nation but also inspired liberation movements around the world.

Throughout the struggles for national independence and defense, the armed forces and people of Quang Ninh, together with compatriots across the country, endured countless hardships, fought with great courage, and made heroic sacrifices for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

With deep gratitude, the provincial delegation solemnly offered incense and flowers in commemoration of the martyrs who gave their lives to safeguard national sovereignty and territorial integrity, and to ensure peace, prosperity, and well-being for generations to come.
