Work on Cua Luc 3 Bridge spanning Cua Luc Bay has almost been finished. Cua Luc 1 and Cua Luc 3 bridges are expected to help expand the urban space to attract more investment in industrial parks and urban development projects in Ha Long.

The first point connects the main road of FLC Urban Area in Ha Khanh Ward, the end point of intersection with QL279, In Nhat Nhat commune, Ha Long City.
