‘Let’s clean up the sea’ campaign launched in Mong Cai city

In response to Youth Month 2022, recently, a green campaign named "Let's clean up the sea" was organized by the youth branches of Tra Co Border Guard Station (under the provincial Border Guard), Mong Cai Border Guard Station Branch and Mong Cai Youth Union.

More than 200 youth union members of the units altogether cleaned up three kilometers of Tra Co beach. Consequently, about 5 tons of waste were collected and transported to defined areas by union members, significantly contributing to the cleanliness of the marine environment.

“Let’s clean up the ocean” was launched and organized nationwide since 2016. It has attracted the participation of many union members, youths, local people, students, international and domestic organizations, being recognized and highly appreciated.
