Dong Mai industrial cluster inaugurated
The Dong Mai Industrial Cluster, located in Dong Mai ward, has officially been inaugurated. The project is one of the landmark works inaugurated to celebrate the 16th Quang Ninh provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030.
Covering 16 hectares, the project was developed by Tan Dai Duong International Import-Export JSC with a total investment of nearly VND 300 billion.
Completed in just nine months, ahead of schedule, the cluster features modern, synchronized infrastructure designed to attract investment in industrial production, handicrafts, and supporting services.
It will also facilitate the relocation of around 180 business establishments currently operating in nearby urban and residential areas.
Addressing the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, Nguyen Van Cong, highlighted the province’s ongoing efforts to improve the investment environment, advance administrative reform, and upgrade socio-economic infrastructure.
He stressed that modern industrial clusters are a strategic priority to provide clean land, attract secondary projects, promote economic restructuring, create jobs, increase state revenue, and enhance local living standards.
With Dong Mai now in operation, Quang Ninh has seven industrial clusters with completed infrastructure, totaling 373.19 hectares.
The project’s rapid completion underscores the investor’s strong commitment and reflects the province’s determination to accelerate industrial infrastructure development, foster investment, and drive socio-economic growth. It also contributes to Quang Ninh’s goal of achieving economic growth of over 14% in 2025.
