Communes, wards and special zones in Quang Ninh City have been actively coordinating with Viettel Quang Ninh to strengthen communication and provide support for residents in installing the Viettel Tammi platform.
The application enables local authorities and residents to connect and share information quickly, conveniently and securely in the digital space, helping optimise grassroots-level administrative efficiency. With around 250 services across 50 fields integrated into a single application, the platform helps residents and local authorities renew the way they communicate and manage local affairs, with the aim of reducing paperwork, improving service efficiency and promoting safe and sustainable digital technology development.
