134 new coronavirus cases confirmed in Quang Ninh on Dec.22

A total of 134 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Quang Ninh on Dec.22.

Quang Ninh authorities announced the confirmation of 134 new Covid-19 patients residing in Cam Pha city (1 case), Dong Trieu town (59 cases), Ha Long (16 cases), Mong Cai (34 cases), Quang Yen (13 cases), and Uong Bi (11 cases) in the evening of December 22.

The widespread Covid-19 testing has been carried out at high-risk areas. Thousands of people are now in concentrated quarantine areas and self-isolate at home and other accommodations in accordance with Ministry of Health’s directions.

745 F0s have been under treatment at hospitals and health clinics in the province, 210 cases have been treated in concentrated quarantine areas and 190 cases at home.

17 Covid-19 patients recovered on December 22.

Quang Ninh has already launched 21 programs of vaccination against Covid-19 for over 1,1 million people.
