120 new coronavirus cases confirmed in Quang Ninh

A total of 120 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Quang Ninh on Dec.26.

Quang Ninh authorities announced the confirmation of 120 new Covid-19 patients residing in Tien Yen (1 case), Cam Pha (3 cases), Uong Bi (17 cases), Ha Long (24 cases), Quang Yen (26 cases), and Dong Trieu (49 cases) in the evening of December 26.

The widespread Covid-19 testing has been carried out at high-risk areas. Thousands of people are now in concentrated quarantine areas and self-isolate at home and other accommodations in accordance with Ministry of Health’s directions.

788 F0s have been under treatment at hospitals and health clinics in the province, 380 cases have been treated in concentrated quarantine areas and 249 cases at home.

Quang Ninh has already launched 21 programs of vaccination against Covid-19 for over 1,1 million people.
