On the occasion of attending the conference reviewing cooperation during the 2022–2026 period between Quang Ninh Province (Vietnam) and the Lao provinces including Xayaboury, Houaphanh and Luang Prabang, held in Luang Prabang Province, Comrade Quan Minh Cuong, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Quang Ninh National Assembly Delegation, had a courtersy meeting with Comrade Bounleum Manivong.
On May 11, Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee Secretary Quan Minh Cuong, had a courtesy meeting with a delegation from Luang Prabang Province, Laos, led Luang Prabang Provincial Party Committee Secretary Bounleuam Manivong during their working visit to Quang Ninh Province.
