On Jan. 25, in Ha Long city, the Sun group will officially inaugurate Gragon park, the biggest theme park in Southeast Asian.
Dragon park is the only one in Vietnam offering 30 world leading games that have been tested by the Technischer Überwachungsverein (TUV- Germany). This is also the first theme park built in Asia that is managed by the Parques Reunidos Group (Spanish) which operates about 60 parks in 14 countries.
Covering an area of nearly 40ha, the Dragon park is a world-class theme park design. It provides a wide range of games meeting the demand of various audiences. The highlight of this theme park is the gaming facilites, such as 1.1km roller coaster, the longest one in Asia, manufactured by Bolliger & Mabillard Consulting Engineers Inc (B&M), Rhino Sling with sped of 65 kilometres per hour, etc. All the game facilities are imported from Europe.
A part from its international games, the Dragon park also attracts tourists with magnificient scenery of over 100,000 flower bushes and 10,000 trees.
Dragon Park is the second biggest component of the Sun World Ha Long Park project. In June, 2016, the Sun Group opened the Queen Cable Car and the Sun Wheel under this project that made two world Guinness records. It is expected that these new entertainment products would contribute to boost Quang Ninh tourism.
