Co To authorities were asked to strengthen the management and efficient use of resources, especially marine ones, protect the marine environment and proactively adapt to climate change. They should also focus on implementing the master plan on management and development of marine tourism products in the areas of Ha Long Bay - Bai Tu Long Bay - Van Don - Co To as well as developing sustainable aquaculture industry.
