Dec. 4th , a ceremony was jointly held by the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) and the Vietnam Tourism Association to grant the 2012 Vietnam Tourism Awards to 62 leading travel agencies and hotels of Vietnam . Of which, Saigon-Halong hotel is the only hotel of Quang Ninh receiving the award for “Vietnam’s leading four-star hotels”. This is the fourth time that Saigon-Halong hotel has received this noble award.
Saigon- Halong hotel was one of the top 10 four-star hotels that were honored at the ceremony. In order to gain this award, it must meet various criteria for an excellent business that has maintained its reputation in the tourism market, ensuring security and safe for the tourists and regularly organizing training courses and retraining courses for its staff members to improve its service quality.
