At 7a.m on May 22nd, nearly 916,000 constituents in the whole province started to cast their ballots for deputies to the 14th National Assembly and People’s Councils at all levels in the 2016-2021 tenure, a way to demonstrate their trust and responsibility towards the nation.
The elections took place in a joyful atmosphere and in accordance with law. Local voters expressed their wish that the newly-elected deputies will promote their role to develop the economy and stabilise the lives of ethnic people and soldiers in remote areas.
