Quang Ninh showcases tourism in Hanoi
On August 8, the Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with several partners, hosted a tourism promotion program attended by around 150 domestic tourism associations, travel businesses, and media outlets in Hanoi.
The event offered a refreshed perspective on Quang Ninh as a destination boasting modern transport infrastructure, upgraded tourism facilities, and a team of professional, courteous, and hospitable tourism staff.
A key highlight was the introduction of distinctive, newly developed tourism products designed to meet the evolving demands of both domestic and international visitors. Featured experiences included the real-scene performance “In search of the jade seal” at Vung Duc Cave, a Ha Long Bay night cruise street, excursions to Bai Tu Long Bay and untouched islands, hot-air balloon rides in Tuan Chau, and fireworks shows at Bai Chay Tourist Area.
Leading corporations and enterprises from Quang Ninh such as Sun Group, APC Group, Tung Lam Development JSC, Crystal Holidays Cruise, Wyndham Garden Sonasea Van Don, and Viet Thuan Transport Co. participated to present their offerings.

The program served as a platform for connecting Quang Ninh service providers with domestic travel companies, sharing information, expanding partnerships, and showcasing unique products alongside upcoming policy updates.
Quang Ninh has set a strategic goal of making tourism a spearhead economic sector, one of its three main growth pillars. By 2030, the province aims to become an international tourism hub, achieving an average annual growth rate of 10-11% and contributing about 15% to its GRDP.
As one of Vietnam’s top tourist destinations welcoming millions of visitors each year, Quang Ninh’s tourism industry is advancing amid both opportunities and challenges. The event also created a forum for stakeholders to exchange ideas, address existing bottlenecks, and develop solutions to drive sustainable, competitive growth for both Vietnam’s tourism sector and Quang Ninh in particular.
