On August 23, in Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Provincial Youth Union held a talk themed "The Youth’s roles in creative start up and local economic development models”, with the particiaption of the youth delegation of three provinces in Northern Laos, namely Luang Prabang; Sainyabuli and Houaphan.
At the talk, participants heard speeches and watched videos introducing effective economic development models in localities as well as the Youth operational models which have partly contributed to promoting creative start-up movements.
Additionally, the youth of the two sides have introduced and advertized the strengths for the socio, economic, cultural, and tourism development with the aim of intensitying connectivity and cooperation programs among the youth’s enterprises of Quang Ninh and the 3 provinces of Northern Laos in particular, and the two countries in general.
In the framework of the youth exchange program between Quang Ninh province and the 3 provinces of Northern Laos held from August 23-26 in Quang Ninh, the guests will pay a visit to some typical cultural and tourism works and join charity activities in Cam Pha city.
