On September 1, a delegation of Quang Ninh’s leaders led by provincial Party’s Committee Secretary, cum chairman of People’s Council, Nguyen Xuan Ky, laid wreaths and offered incense at Ha Long Municipal Memorial and Statue of Vu Van Hieu on the occasion of 75th anniversary of August Revolution and National Day (September 2).
In a sacred atmosphere, the delegation promised to uphold the glorious tradition over the last 75 years, successfully organize the 15th Provincial Party’s Committee Congress, tenure 2020-2025, foster sustainable and fast socio-economic development, ensure national defense, build Quang Ninh as a modern industrial and service province, thus affirming the role of a key economic pillar in the North and fulfilling the target of becoming a municipality prior to 2030.
