The Old Café 73 lies in a 3-storey house on Le Thanh Tong Road, Ha Long City. It brings us back the past time. It gives whomever going to the café both strange and familiar feelings.
Le Quang Trung, the owner of the café and a constructor, said: “I have collected a lot of photos for a long time as I want to know more about my parents’ memories. Working in construction, I go to many places. Everywhere I go to, I collect old things. Sometimes my friends also give me things of the past”.

The 100m2 Old Café 73 is decorated with photos, equipment reflecting retro trend. It looks like a mini-museum, from a TV set, a wardrobe, to a fan dated back 30-40 years. Sitting in the café and listing to composer Trinh Cong Son’s melodious songs, life seems to go slowly.

The café is a rendezvous for youngsters to meet and chat and even find out stories behind old things at the café.
One more special thing about Old Café 73 is that coffee is roasted and grinded right at the site. It also offers good cappuccino and egg coffee.
