Meeting with enterprises to be held on May 4

On May 2, in Ha Long city, Vice Chairman of Quang Ninh Nguyen Van Thang chaired a meeting with representatives of relevant provincial sectors and departments and the Quang Ninh Business Association to review the preparations for the meeting with enterprises in the 2nd quarter, which will take place on May 4 at the FLC Ha Long complex.

Under the frame work of the meeting with enterprises, which is expected to draw the participation of 700 investors and enterprises, provincial leaders will not only inform the delegates about policies and direction of Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development in 2019 and in the next coming years but also listen to difficulties facing the enterprises and businessmen community, and then suggest measures to improve the business climate as well as the ways to help them deal with their problems.

According to reports by the relevant sectors and departments, to date, all the preparations for the meeting has been done. Ideas and proposals given by the enterprises and businessmen have sent to the functional authorities to answer at the meeting.

To conclude the meeting, Vice Chairman Nguyen Van Thang emphasized that the conference aims to continue seeking solutions to improve the investment and business environment, offer favorable conditions, deal with difficulties for businesses, investors, cooperatives and economic households.

Having said that, he assigned Department of Planning and Investment to be in charge of collecting ideas, questions and comments from the enterprises, then groups them in categories and propose concise and direct answers. He then asked relevant sectors and departments to have good preparations to ensure the success of the meeting.
