On Aug.6, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang chaired a meeting to hear the draft report on new regulation of unified management of foreign affairs in Quang Ninh province.
The revised regulation on the unified management of foreign affairs drafted by the Quang Ninh Department of Foreign Affairs includes 5 chapters and 24 articles. Accordingly, it proposed additional and amended contents based on the old ones in order to meet the foreign affairs' tasks in the new context.
Concluding the meeting, Quang Ninh’s Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang asked the Department of Foreign Affairs to collect all the comments and ideas raised at the meeting; continue to complete the regulation draft on unified management of foreign affairs in the province, in an effort to ensure the compliance with the Party's regulations, the constitution and current laws, the unified leadership of the Provincial Party Committee, the supervision of the Provincial People's Council, as well as the management and performance of the Provincial People's Committee over foreign affairs.
