Ha Long city to resume all tourism and service activities on Feb.16

As part of adequate adaptation to the new situation, Ha Long authorities have decided to reopen all of tourism and service activities in the city from 12am on February 16.

Accordingly, karaoke and massage parlours, bars, pubs, internet and games cafes, beauty salons, etc. will be allowed to reopen from 12am on February 16, 2022 provided that they meet all safety criteria against Covid-19.

Ha Long temporarily suspends the operation of two concentrated isolation facilities in Hoanh Bo ward.

The city also continues implementing appropriate measures to effectively control people arriving and returning to the city, strengthening healthcare capacity at all levels, and preparing effective response plans in possible cases.

It will also promote communication about the pandemic and continue strengthening the role of state management in the process of safe, flexible and effective adaptation to the Covid-19.
