From 12 p.m on May 1, Quang Ninh resumes tourism activities on Ha Long Bay and some famous tourist sites

On May 1, Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee issued Document No. 2816/UBND-DL1 on adjusting activities concerning pandemic prevention in the period of socio-economic stability.

Accordingly, from 12 p.m on May 1, 2020, Ha Long Bay, Yen Tu relic site, Quang Ninh Library and Museum, Tra Co national tourist site in Mong Cai city are also allowed to re-open for visitors.

At interdisciplinary quarantine checkpoints, body temperature check is required for all people to Quang Ninh. Health declaration and proper medical measures are forced for suspected cases with epidemiological symtoms.

Disease prevention and control rules are being strictly implemented at border areas at Mong Cai, Hai Ha and Binh Lieu.

The operation of provincial public transport ensures less than 50% of seats/trips in line with disease prevention rules while the operation of public transport from/through localities with the high risk of Covid 19 infection must be stopped.

For other activities such as trading, hotel, accomodation facilities, restaurants, cafes, golf couses, domestic travel etc resume.

Beaches are only allowed to operate while ensuring a safe distance and disease prevention measures as regulated.
