OkOn the afternoon of Aug.9, a foreign military attaché delegation to Vietnam led by Colonel Neroline MCDonald, the Australian military attaché, paid a working visit to Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command.
At the reception, leaders of the Quang Ninh Provincial Command briefed the delegation on Quang Ninh’s socio-economic development, national security and defense over the past years. The working visit created a good opportunity for members of the foreign military attachés to exchange experiences in the implementation of military foreign affairs with officials and soldiers of the Quang Ninh Provincial Military Command, contributing to strengthening relationship, trust and mutual understanding between the foreign military attachés and Vietnam’s army and people.
