According to local fishermen, they, by chance, found the area the perfect shelter from storm. They also found that there were 3 caves in the area. Therefore, they named it Ba Hang (Three Caves). It is a peaceful and vast space inside.
Ba Hang is in Hung Thang Ward, Ha Long City. It lies on Thien Cung – Dau Go tourist route. After a visit to Dau Go Cave, tourists may travel to Ba Hang by kayaking.
It takes visitors 35-60 minutes to discover all Ba Hang area, depending on your trips on Ha Long Bay. Fisherman’s Magic Boat Cooperative, as the management unit of kayaking service at Ba Hang area, can provide tourists with standardized 55 kayaks and enthusiastic tourist guides.
Remember to wear life-jacket when you go kayaking. Besides, do not to forget put your cell phones and electronic devices into water-proof bags. Last but not least, listen to kayaking instructors.
