There is a beautiful place, which is next to peaceful Hong Van Beach and amid hundred-years-old longan forest, along with convenient facilities. That is what you may feel when you visit Coto Village – one of the most stylish tourist accommodations in Co To District.
After a trip to Hong Van Beach in Dong Tien Commune, Co To District, I was surprised as I found a romantic Co To Village. The village is beautifully designed amid green space. Curving and airtight Kho Gao Lagoon is right in front of the village.
Talking to me about the place, the manager of Coto Village, Le Xuan Thanh, said “I found that tourists who travel to Co To district all fall in love with Hong Van Beach, peaceful landscape and local people’s life. So I leant more about the place and decided to build this village in the form of small bungalows. I think that the model which is different from guest houses or hotels will win tourists’ hearts”.
In 2015, Coto Village was thought to be built in another location. In order to develop sustainable development, the construction of the village was then commenced behind Hong Van Beach. The chosen place covers dozens of ha with local people’s hundred-years-old longan gardens. The village now has 43 bungalows.
Each bungalow covers an area of 12-15m2 and is totally made of wood with curving roof. Staying at the bungalows, tourists seem to be immersed themselves into nature. Notably, BBQ and garden party services are also available for up to 200 people with seafood cooked in local style.
It is easy to travel from Coto Village to other famous tourist sites in Co To, for example, Cau My Rock, Co To Lighthouse… It can be said that Co To Village offers tourists exciting moments thanks to its friendly environment.
