Cam Pha to complete the coastal road extension project by June

Cam Pha city is speeding up the project to build the extended coastal road stretching from Vung Duc to Cam Son, as part of broader efforts to enhance transport connectivity and unlock land development potential. The project has now completed nearly 90% of its construction volume and it is on track for full completion by June 2025.

The extended coastal road stretching from Vung Duc to Cam Son spans 1.2 kilometers. It begins at the intersection with the Ha Long - Cam Pha route in Cam Dong Ward and ends at the access road leading to Quang Hong Beach in Cam Son Ward. The project carries a total investment of nearly VND 500 billion.
Nearly 90% of the project's total workload has been completed. Contractors are currently laying the final stretches of asphalt, with this phase scheduled for completion by the end of May 2025. 
The seaside guardrail system has been basically completed.
The sidewalks are currently being paved.
Around 70% of the roadside greenery has been planted, and the landscaping is expected to be completed by around May 20.
A public restroom facility, located at the end of the route and covering an area of 66.8 square meters, has also been completed.
It is expected that , the road will have been connected to the Ha Long - Cam Pha coastal route by the end of May 2025, paving the way for the implementation of traffic safety and sanitation components. The whole project is scheduled to be officially put into operation in June 2025. Once completed, the route will form a seamless and synchronized traffic network, enhancing the urban landscape in the heart of Cam Pha City.
