On Mar. 31st, in Dongxing city (Guangxi-China), leaders of the Zhuang Autonomous Region of Guangxi hold a talk with the delegation of Quang Ninh led by Mr. Do Thong, Vice Chairman of QNPPC regarding the construction of Ha Long-Mong Cai-Dongxi highway project and Mong Cai-Dongxing border economic cooperation zone.
At the talk, Mr. Zhang Xiaoqi, Vice Chairman of the Zhuang Autonomous Region of Guangxi highly aprreciated the delegation's visit. He stressed that it helps to carry out the agreement of the two Parties and Government. It also contributes to realize the cooperation agreement between Quang Ninh and Guangxi.
Moreover, Mr. Zhang Xiaoqi said that leaders of Guangxi province alsways attaches importance to enhance its cooperation with Quang Ninh in transport infrastructure and establishing Mong Cai-Dongxing border economic cooperation zone.
For his part, Mr. Do Thong, QNPPC's Vice Chairman strongly confirmed the friendship between Vietnam and China in general and Quang Ninh-Guangxi in particular in the recent years.
Regarding Ha Long- Mong Cai- Dongxing, leaders of the two sides agreed to provide the Chineses enterprises with the best conditions to invest in the project; at the same time to report to the two governments regarding the useof ODA capital from Chinese government to implement the project.
With regards of the Mong Cai-Dongxing border economic cooperation zone, both Quang Ninh and Guangxi's leaders emphasized that there is a need to expand economic cooperation, trade exchange between Mong Cai (Quang Ninh) and Dongxing (China). Additionally, the transport and technicial infrastructure completion as well as drawing incentives for the economic cooperation zone must be focused on to submit to the two Governments.
