Dang Tuan Ha, Deputy Director of Au Lac Limited Liability Company said that in order to serve this year’s tourism season, the company set up more than 100 trash bins, a cleaning team with 10 members also take turns to collect and treat rubbishes. Thanks to these efforts, the environment is gradually improved.

“Zero-plastic waste tourism” is not only businesses’ responsibility but also a marketing chance to boost the image of eco-friendly businesses and contributes to building a green-clean and beautiful Ha Long Bay in the eyes of tourists.

More than 10,000 tourist arrivals depart from Tuan Chau International Tourist Wharf to visit Ha Long Bay each day. Thus, reducing plastics waste must be done urgently in order to protect environmental values of the world-renown bay.
