In response to 2020 Ha Long – Quang Ninh Tourism Week, on May 16, Uong Bi city announced Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee’s Decision to recognize Yen Trung Lake in Phuong Dong ward as a provincial tourist site.
The recognition will boost the development as well as arouse the potential of Uong Bi tourism. This is a good opportunity for the city to improve the quality of services and effectively promote tourism resource, positively contributing to local socio-economic development.
Up to now, Quang Ninh has 3 provincial tourist sites including: Yen Trung Lake tourist area in Uong Bi city, Cai Chien tourist area in Hai Ha district and Co To tourist area in Co To district.
