On Oct 30th, in Ha Long City, the Government Inspectorate held a ceremony to close the workshop on reviewing the implementation of United Nations Convention Against Corruption in Vietnam. Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairman, Cao Tuong Huy, attended the conference.
On his remark, Quang Ninh’s Vice-chairman emphasized that the province always paid concern to anti-corruption, anti-waste, and national direction on preventing and combating corruption. In order to prevent and combat corruption effectively, Quang Ninh has conducted comprehensive measures.
Within the scope of the conference, international experts had a working session with the Government Inspectorate and representative departments and ministries of Vietnam concerning measures to prevent, combat and reclaim corrupted property.
With the spirit of openness, both Vietnamese and international experts clarified the content of the report on the implementation of United Nations Convention Against Corruption in Vietnam.
