Vietnam’s Ambassador to Russian Federation Phạm Xuân Sơn and Russian Deputy Minister of Education and Science Sergey Ivanets on October 24 in Moscow inked a document regarding the setting up of Viet Nam-Russia University of Technology (VRUT) in Ha Noi.
According to the document, the Russian side will send its lecturers to VRUT to give lectures on management and informatics in technology system, tunnel construction, electronics, and television and communications.
Viet Nam will send lecturers and students to Russia for advanced training courses to improve their proficiency.
The Vietnamese Ambassador and the Russian Deputy Minister exchanged measures to strengthen and develop the two nations’ traditional and effective relations in education and training.
