On Aug 29, in Mong Cai city, fucntional authorities of Mong Cai (Vietnam) and Dongxing cities (China) held a talk on the organization of the Vietnam-China International Tourism and Trade Fair 2017.
Accordingly, the event will take place from December 1 to 7 in Mong Cai city.
Entitled “ bilateral cooperation and development”, the trade fair is expected to draw the participation of around 400 stands, including 300 stands from Vietnam and 100 ones from China. A variety of activities will be organized during the fair, such as: a street festival on Tran Phu Walking street; a workshop on tourism, trade and investment promotion, a singing exchange on rivers between Mong Cai and Dongxing cities' borders, and an Open Golf tournament. These activities are expected to attract a great deal of the locals and visitors.
Particularly, the highlight of the Vietnam-China International Tourism and Trade Fair is the workshop titled "Fruit exporting through Mong Cai-Dongxing border", bringing a new hope to promote trade activities of both sides".
The Vietnam-China International Tourism and Trade Fair is annually organized, alternating between Quang Ninh and Dong Xing provinces. The fair aims to expand cooperation and international economic integration, provide an opportunity for domestic and international businesses to exchange, promote their brands and products; and also to strengthen friendship between frontier provinces of Vietnam and China
