Vice Chairman Bui Van Khang received Australian Political Exchange Council

On November 17, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khang hosted a meeting with the delegation of the Australian Political Exchange Council led by Ms. Laura Fraser Hardy, Chief of Office of the Queensland Department of Industry and Small Business and Department of Technical Development Training and Education.

At the meeting, Vice chairman Bui Van Khang gave Australian guests a brief introduction about the province’s social typical features, economic strengths and outstanding achievements.

He hoped that they would share various experience in field of agricultural, forestry and aquatic products, tourism services and high-quality human resources training as well as act as a bridge to expand cooperative programes between Quang Ninh province in particular, Vietnam in general and Australia.

For her part, Ms. Laura Fraser Hardy thanked Quang Ninh for the solemn welcome and said that the delegation paid great attention to Quang Ninh’s lessons in attracting foreign investment and maintaining sustainable growth. 

She also expressed her hope for the further mutual cooperation in a variety of areas.
