Vietjet Air’s VJ961 flight bringing 221 Vietnamese citizens and 8 foreigners from South Korea landed at Van Don International Airport at 3.20 p.m on March 1.
As reported, a separate parking lot was reserved for the plane in the airport, ensuring that its arrival would not affect the airport's general operations. Crew members and passengers on the plane carried out entry procedures and customs check at the isolation area. They were also under medical supervision and disinfection according to a special process.
After that, all passengers were taken to the provincial isolation area to be monitored and isolated in 14 days as prescribed by the Ministry of Heath.
