A grand ceremony was held last week to celebrate 70 years of President Ho Chi Minh’s call for patriotic emulation (June 11, 1948-2018) and to honour the outstanding individuals in patriotic emulation and in studying and following Uncle Ho’s thought, morality and lifestyle.
At the ceremony, Quang Ninh has two individuals honoured, namely: Dr. Nguyen Quoc Hung- Director of Quang Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital and Mr. Nguyen Trong Thai- a miner working at Ha Lam Coal JSC.
The ceremony was a good chance for the delegates to meet and exchange with 70 collectives and individuals who have made great contributions in research, learning, labour and production for the country’s growth.
With his innovations in medical sector and great contributions in raising the quality of examination and treament, Dr. Nguyen Quoc Hung was recognized as the Excellent Physican in 2012, a patriotic emulation example in 2017, and was granted with merit by the PM in 2016.
Meanwhile, the miner Nguyen Trong Thai, along with his colleagues, have had a great amount of innovations in raisning labour productivity and quality of coal exploitation, as well as protecting workers’ health.
