The Ministry of Education and Training has recently held a ceremony to honour outstanding teachers of Vietnam on the occasion of the Vietnamese Teacher’s Day.
Accordingly, among 183 outstanding teachers, Quang Ninh has two teacherswho were honoured at the ceremony, namely: Nguyen Thu Hang (at the Ha Long Gifted High School) and Bui Thi Dung (Head master of the Co To primary school). Both of them had excellent achievements in their teaching and learning cause.
Mrs. Nguyen Thu Hang has received merits by the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee, the Provincial Labour Unions, and other titles for teachers. One of her students brought Quang Ninh bronze medal at the 2018 Asian Physics Olympiad.
Mrs. Bui Thi Dung has been granted with merits by the Quang Ninh Provincial People’s Committee for the movement of patriotic emulation and by Quang Ninh Police Department for the national security denfense.
