Quang Ninh targets high-quality FDI with a focus on high technology and sustainable development
Quang Ninh aims to attract at least USD 15 billion in registered foreign investment by 2030, with disbursed capital reaching no less than USD 12.71 billion. This is one of the key targets identified by the Standing Board of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee in its plan to implement Politburo Resolution No. 10 on the development of the foreign-invested economy.
