In the morning of Sept 20, in Ha Long city, the Basic Culture Department (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) has collaborated with Quang Ninh Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism to organize a training course on festival management and organization in the Northern area for 70 learners who are cultural officials (at district and provincial level) from 32 provinces and cities.
Attending the training course, learners will have chance to stydy State documents on festival management and organization; to gain skills of inspection, dealing with violations in festival activities, and especially heritage management.
Additionally, learners had opportunity to contribute their opinions on the draft of festival planning and draft regulation on festival organization. Through study tours, they are expected to gain knowledge of festival management and organization in different localities. The training course will finish on Sept 23.
