Ha Long University in coordination with New Zealand’s Auckland University organized a training course on "Tourism product development and tourist event management" for 100 students who are officials and civil servants in charge of tourism management in Quang Ninh Province.
The course has focused on the major issues related tourism, such as: sustainable tourism development, sea and island tourism, destination management, professional hospitality skills, reception, bar etc. The purpose of the training course is to improve knowledge of tourism management and creating an ideal forum for participants to exchange and deal with difficulties in state management of tourism as well. The course will run until July 9.
