On Oct 24th, the Police Department of Fire Prevention, Fighting and Rescue under Quang Ninh Police organized a training course on fire prevention, fighting and rescue for 100 people from establishments doing business in transporting tourists on Ha Long Bay.
Attendants were introduced aboutmeasures to prevent and fight fire, danger-escaping skills, some techniques to prevent fire smoke inhalation, rescue skills in case of fire incidents and accidents on tourist boats. The training course aims at raising crew and boat owners’ awareness and skills of fire prevention and rescue, thus minimizing causes and risks leading to fire and explosion which may cause damage to people and property.
The training course runs till Oct 27th at Tuan Chau Ward, Ha Long City.
