On Mar. 21, in Ha Long city an art night was held by Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union to mark the 82th anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26 1944-2013) and to celebrate the success of the 4th Congress of the Vinacomin Trade Union.
The art program with exciting performances that praise the Party, Ho Chi Minh President and the country renovation.... It attracted a great number of youth union members and local people.
On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union had praised and granted the Young Talents Fund of the Quang Ninh Coal Youth Union to 29 Youth Union members who have achieved excellent achievements in the areas of culture, art, scientific research and applying technology in production.
